క్రూర జంతువులతో చెలిమి ఎప్పటికైనా ప్రాణాల మీదకు తెస్తుందన్నది చాలా సందర్భాల్లో రుజువైంది. ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా పెంపుడు క్రూరమృగాల చేతిలో మృత్యువాతపడ్డవారు అనేకం. మనం జాగ్రత్తగా లేకపోతే కొన్ని కొన్ని సార్లు సాధు జంతువులైన కుక్కలు, ఎద్దులు, బర్రెలు తదితరాలు మన పాలిట యమపాశమవుతాయి. అలాంటిది మొసలి విషయంలో ఇంకెంత జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలో ప్రత్యేకంగా చెప్పనక్కర్లేదు. ఏమాత్రం అజాగ్రత్తగా ఉన్నా శరీరానికి తూట్లు పడతాయి.. ఒక్కోసారి ప్రాణాలు కూడా పోయే ‍ప్రమాదం ఉంది. క్రిస్టోఫర్‌ జిలెట్‌ అనే వైల్డ్‌లైఫ్‌ బయోలజిస్టు ప్రమాదం గురించి ఏమాత్రం ఆలోచించకుండా వీడియో మోజులో పడి, సెవెన్‌ అనే పొడవైన మొసలికి అతి దగ్గరగా వెళ్లాడు. చేత్తో చికెన్‌ ముక్క తినిపించాలని చూశాడు. అయితే మొసలి దాన్ని పట్టుకోలేక కిందపడేసుకుంది. అవమానంగా ఫీలైందో ఏమో.. వెంటనే నీళ్లలోకి వెళ్లిపోయింది. క్రిస్టోఫర్‌ మాత్రం నీళ్లలో ఉన్న దానికి చికెన్‌ ముక్క పెట్టే ప్రయత్నాన్ని మానలేదు. దీనిపై క్రిస్టోఫర్‌ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘‘సెవెన్‌ చికెన్‌ ముక్కను పట్టుకోలేక కిందపడేసుకోవటం, ఇబ్బందిగా ఫీలై నీళ్లలోకి వెళ్లిపోవటం చాలా క్యూట్‌గా ఉంది. సెవెన్‌కు చికెన్‌ తినిపించి ఓ చక్కటి వీడియో తీద్దామనుకున్నాం. కానీ, అది కాస్తా క్యూట్‌ వీడియోగా మారింది’’ అని పేర్కొన్నాడు. ఆగస్టు 28వ తేదీన పోస్టయిన ఈ వీడియో ఇప్పటి వరకు లక్షకు పైగా వ్యూస్‌ సంపాదించుకుంది. అయితే ఈ వీడియోపై నెటిజన్లు మిశ్రమంగా స్పందిస్తున్నారు. ‘‘మొసలి అలిగింది! బుంగమూతి పెట్టింది.. చికెన్‌ ముక్కను పట్టుకోలేకపోయినందుకు సెవెన్‌ బాధపడుతున్నాడు. ఎందుకంటే అక్కడంతా ఇసుక ఉంది కాబట్టి.. వీడియో నిజంగానే చాలా క్యూట్‌గా ఉంది’’ అంటూ కొంతమంది. ‘‘ సెవెన్‌తో గెమ్స్‌ వద్దు! శాల్తీలు లేచిపోతాయి.. జాగ్రత్త! నీ చెయ్యి చికెన్‌ పీస్‌ అయిపోద్ది’’ అంటూ కామెంట్లు చేస్తున్నారు.

You’ll notice Seven is green in this video, that’s just an algae accumulation from the pump being broken that week, it’s totally normal and does not affect the gators in any way. They have it in the wild all the time. But it does bring up the point, there are actually NO GREEN GATORS!! even though they’re portrayed green in every cartoon and animation, they do not have green skin! Black, gray, yellows, oranges in their patterns, but no green.
